Summary: We arrived late and were a little confused as the Uber dropped us off further down. Even though it was late, Raul answered every message and helped us get where we needed to be. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they just had a power outage. Raul was on top of it, checked in with security and told us as soon as it came back on, they would let him know. Regardless, the place was gorgeous and the surroundings. Specially, the beach. No one needs power for that.. We ended up getting power the next day in the afternoon. Raul credited us for the time, lost without power and apologize for the inconvenience, even though it was out of his hands. The place was immaculate very comfortable. We would most definitely return.
